THE BUSINESS
Our client, who is now retiring has operated the business since 2018 opening for 10 months of the year opening 7 days a week between 11:00am and 3:00 pm providing coffee/tea, lunches and cream teas.

TENURE
The premises are held on the balance of a re renewable 15 year lease from 22nd August 2016 at a current rental of £16,200 p.a. Ingoing premium of £60,000.
