Little Acton

Little Acton is a small Worcestershire hamlet in the Crossway Green area of Ombersley parish. Wychavon District Council's planning records place Little Acton Farm at Crossway Green, Ombersley, with a Stourport-on-Severn postal address. Those different names describe the locality, parish and postal area around the same rural setting.

The farm buildings are part of that setting. Published planning applications include proposals involving their conversion and residential use, so an individual property's planning history can be a useful part of understanding a home here. An application record should not, by itself, be taken as evidence that building work has been completed.

Ombersley and Doverdale's neighbourhood plan covers the wider parish context. For everyday life, compare the actual location of a property with the facilities you use in Crossway Green, Ombersley and the surrounding towns. Little Acton is a hamlet address, so shops, schools and transport should be checked at their specific locations.
