A spacious four bedroom detached home situated in a peaceful cul-de-sac in Wellington, enjoying a lovely outlook over mature hedgerows and oak trees. The property offers generous and versatile accommodation, together with a modern kitchen, conservatory, integral garage and good outside space.

The property is approached via a driveway providing parking for two cars, with access to the integral garage. A front door opens into a welcoming entrance hall, with stairs rising to the first floor and doors leading into the principal rooms.

The living room is situated to the front of the property and benefits from a large window overlooking the front. Double doors open through to the dining area and kitchen, creating a good flow between the living spaces.

The kitchen is a more recent addition and has been fitted in a stylish white shaker style design, with quartz worktops and quality appliances. From here, double doors open into the conservatory, which provides an excellent additional living space and features bi-folding doors opening directly onto the patio.

The kitchen also provides access to a useful pantry, the integral garage and a separate utility room, which offers space for both a washing machine and tumble dryer. The utility room also provides access to a separate downstairs WC with washbasin, providing a useful additional facility. The central heating and hot water are provided by a combi boiler located within the utility room. There is also a side passage with a gate providing access to the outside, together with a useful bike shed.

Upstairs, the spacious landing leads to four bedrooms and the family bathroom. The main bedroom is a generous double and benefits from an ensuite shower room and useful built in storage cupboard over the stairs. Bedroom four provides a versatile space, suitable for a single bedroom or bunk beds.

What The Owners Love - "We love the peaceful cul-de-sac location and the lovely outlook over the mature hedgerows and oak trees. It feels wonderfully private and quiet, while still being close to everything Wellington has to offer. We particularly love the open flow between the living room, dining area and kitchen, which makes the downstairs feel really sociable and spacious. The kitchen is one of our favourite parts of the house, with its stylish shaker units, quartz worktops and plenty of practical storage. The conservatory has also become a really lovely additional living space, and we especially enjoy opening up the bi-fold doors onto the patio during the warmer months.

The family bathroom is fitted with a bath, washbasin and WC. Bedrooms two and three provide further well proportioned accommodation.

What Libby Loves - "For me, it’s the lifestyle this property offers that really stands out. I love that you can step out of the front door and be on a lovely dog walk almost immediately, with fields and woodland right on your doorstep, while still being within easy reach of Wellington. The conservatory is another big favourite of mine, particularly with the bi-fold doors opening onto the patio, it’s such a lovely space for enjoying the garden and making the most of the surroundings. I think this is a really well balanced family home, with generous accommodation inside and plenty to enjoy just beyond the front door.

Outside, the property enjoys a patio area adjoining the conservatory, with a side passage providing access to the front. The peaceful cul-de-sac location is particularly appealing, with a children’s play area close by and fields and woodland walks within easy reach.
