From Ipswich, travel in an easterly direction on the main A12. After bypassing Woodbridge, turn right onto the A1152 signed to Orford. At the Melton Road traffic lights, turn left and drive through Melton. Continue past the Ufford Park Golf Course and at the junction with the old A12 turn right into The Avenue signed to Lower Ufford, passing the village hall, tennis court and playing field and after descending the hill, turn left into School Lane where the property will be found on the left-hand side.
