The driveway from Old Broyle Road provides casual parking and access to the large detached double garage with remote controlled door. A south facing raised terrace is approached by way of doors from the conservatory and sitting room. Steps lead down to a further sitting area at garden level looking out over the lawn. Surrounding flower beds and shrubberies are well stocked with a mixture of traditional perennials, roses and flowering shrubs. A well established willow tree creates an attractive focal point and there is a summerhouse. To the east, steps lead down from the lawn to a manageable vegetable garden, planted with herbs and soft fruit.
